Y=2x-10 (write the equation in terms of y)
X=2y-10 ( rearrange to make it equal to x instead of y)
2y=x+10 (rearrange to make 2y the subject then divide by 2 to get y on its own)
Y= 1/2x+5 so it can be written as h(x) 1/2x+5
Hope this helped
