hi I didnt sleep for 16 hours and I have messed up sleep pattern
will i commit no alive

It depends. 16 hours is a long time not to sleep. You need to sleep though. Your body needs at least 8 hours of sleep. But you need at least 5 to 6 hours of sleep. So your body can regenerate itself.

No many people stay awake for 16 hours or more the only time you should be concerned is if you younger than the age of 13 try to sleep if you can try to get atleast 4 hours if any at all
