I cant get this answer it has to do with im using circumference and radius, diameter d=3x2=6m. Please help quick!

Answer:

C= 2 πr =18.85 m

Explanation:

diameter= d= 6m

Radius = diameter/2= 6/2 = 3m

The circumference can be found by two formulas. One by using diameter and the other by using radius.

C= πd = 6* 3.14= 18.85 m

or

C= 2 πr = 2*3.14*3= 18.85 m

Using both the formulas gives the same answer.

The diameter is the line dividing the circle into half passing through the center.

The radius is half of the diameter or the lines which joins the center to the circumference of the circle.
