Answer:

y=x+5

Explanation:

y-y1=m(x-x1) POINT-SLOPE FORM

Plug in your point and slope

y-3=1(x+2) (The signs flip because of the negative)

y-3=x+2 (SIMPLIFY)

y=x+5 (Move the three. It is now slope int form)

You can check by plugging in -2 for x, and get 3 for y. (it works)
