HELPPP how do i write an exponential function?!

the table is
x: 0 1 2 3
y: 1 7 49 343

7^(x) or "7 to the power of x"

Explanation:

Ok! So an exponential function is a function with a variable as an exponent.

x y

0 1

1 7

2 49

3 343

An example exponential function is
2^(x)

Now! Let's look at what number multiplies by each of our "y" values to get the following "y" value. 7!

Now let's see if we can put 7 to the power of x (
7^(x)) to get the rest of our table.


7^(0) = 1


7^(1) = 7


7^(2) = 49


7^(3) = 343

Now, we know our exponential function is
7^(x)
