Then, you can put 6b+8a=92 and and substitute b for 13-a. Then, have 6(13-a)+8a=92. Simplify and solve for a. You get a equals 7, so there is 7 pounds of apple. Then, subtract 7 from 13 to get b= 6. So, there is 6 pounds of bananas. Hope it helps
