Answer 1 13/15x + 5 if simplified or 28/15x + 5 non-simplified

Explanation:

2(3/5x+3) = 6/5x + 6 (also can simplfy to 1 1/5x +6)

6/5x + 2/3 = 18/15 + 10/15 = 28/15x ( also can to 1 13/15x)

6-1=5
