Un móvil sale con una rapidez de 5m/s y alcanza una rapidez de 40m/s en 10s. Determine la distancia recorrida.

Explanation:

Initial speed, u = 5 m/s

Final speed, v = 40 m/s

Time, t = 10 s

Acceleration,


a=(v-u)/(t)\\\\a=(40-5)/(10)\\\\a=3.5\ m/s^2

Let d is the distance covered. Using second equation of motion to find it i.e.


d=ut+(1)/(2)at^2\\\\d=5* 10+(1)/(2)* 3.5* 10^2\\\\d=225\ m

So, it will cover 225 m.
