Answer:

1/15

Explanation:

Find the GCD (or HCF) of numerator and denominator

GCD of 125 and 1875 is 125

Divide both the numerator and denominator by the GCD

125 ÷ 125

1875 ÷ 125

Reduced fraction:

1/15

Therefore, 125/1875 simplified to lowest terms is 1/15.

Answer:

15

Explanation:

Okay so I do this kind of weird so it might be a little confusing

What's easier for me is this.. 125 * 10 is 1250

Now there is 625 left to the problem is 625/125

Then I do 125 + 125 + 125 + 125 + 125 (Adding it 5 times so that I can see when it hits 625 is easier than dividing for me)

So you take the 10 from the first part and the 5 from the second part (Got the 5 because you added it 5 times)
10 + 5 is 15
