You have three functions with restricted domains:

f(x) = 3

f(x) = 2x + 1

f(x) = -2

We used a closed point for ≤ and ≥

and an open point for < and >

As the domain of f(x) = 3 is x ≤ -3

we add a closed point at (-3, 3) and then an arrow pointing towards the increasing negative (as x is equal to or less than -3)

As the domain of f(x) = -2 is x ≥ 4

we add a closed point at (4, -2) and then an arrow pointing towards the increasing positive (as x is equal to or greater than 4)

As the domain of f(x) = 2x + 1 is restricted to -3 < x < 4

we add open points at (-3, -5) and (4, 9) and then join them with a segment
