Well ”p” is amount of people and every person costs 5 dollars do 5p. 30 dollars for a single room so that s a one time fee, 30+5p

Now the budget can’t be greater than 75 and 75 is the greatest number so we use a less then or equal to sign

5p+30≤75 or (C)
