I, for one, tend to use electronics right before going to bed—which is horrible!! Giving yourself about an hour before going to bed with no electronics, eating at least an hour and no later than before going to bed, and drinking water will ensure a good nights rest. Also, your environment really matters!! Make sure it is clean & comfortable.
