leg (b)= 6

to find:

the area of the triangle.

solution:

a = (6 * 6)/(2)

a = 18 \: {cm}^(2)

hence, the area of the triangle is 18 square centimeters.

Answer:

18 cm²

Explanation:

The given triangle is a right angled triangle.

By tilting the triangle & placing the 90° to the base side, we can see that,

Base (b) = 6 cm

Height (h) = 66cm

=》Area of the triangle

= ½bh

= ½ × 6 × 6

= ½ × 36

= 18 cm²
