Answer:

Median: 33.5

Mean: 33.5

Explanation:

Median is the the middle number in a set of numbers, when they are listed from least to greatest. If there is no middle number, you take the 2 numbers closest to the middle, add them up, then divide them by 2.

  • List the set of numbers from least to greatest, 26, 29, 38, 41.
  • Since there is no middle number, take the 2 numbers closest to the middle, 29, and 38.
  • Divide the sum by 2, so 67 divided by 2 is 33.5.

Mean is all numbers in a set of numbers divided by the number of numbers. 41+26+38+29=134

  • Since there are 4 numbers, divide 134 by 4, to get 33.5.

Answer:

Median: 33.5

Mean: 33.5

Explanation:

So first arrange em from least to greatest

26, 29, 38, 41

Now to find the median find the middle number which it has none, do the last 2 numbers and find the mean of those 2 numbers

29+38= 67

67/2= 33.5

Mean is to just add up everything and divide by the amount of number there is which is bascially average.

26+29+38+41= 134

134/4= 33.5
