We solve the above question, using the Trigonometric function of Tangent

tan θ = Opposite/Adjacent

θ = 52.7 °

Adjacent = 8 m

Opposite = x

Hence,

tan 52.7= x/8m

Cross Multiply

x = tan 52.7 × 8m

x = 10.501501092m

Approximately = 10.5 m

Therefore, the height of the pole = 10.5m
