Hello.

First, add the x's:

\mathtt{10x+5x=75}

\mathtt{15x=75}

Now, divide both sides by 15:

\mathtt{x=5}

I hope it helps.

Have a nice day.

Answer:

x = 5

Explanation:

10x + 5x = 75

15x = 75

/15 /15

x = 5

Check your answer:

10x + 5x = 75

10(5) + 5(5) = 75

50 + 25 = 75

75 = 75

This statement is correct.

Hope this helps!
