Are there certain food groups that you eat very little of? Which ones are they and why do you eat a lot of foods from those food groups?

Answer:

I don't eat any dairy, but thats because I'm lactose intolerant so it's not like I can control whether I have dairy or not.

On the other hand, I tend to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables because I like them. I don't think it's a problem since they're good for you. But everything is in moderation I guess.

Much of the food i eat are snacks , like chips, which are starch and crackers which are grain depending on what kind. I also eat dairy a lot like ice cream, milk, yogurt, and cheese. I eat more of this because i prefer snacks instead of meals bu am working to get back into eating meals.
