answer is D
if you want to get the area of a triangle you have to multiply the base times height and than divide by 2
A= 1/2 bh
A=1/2 (7x6)
A= 1/2(42)
A= 21
and for the area of the rectangle it’s 42 since there’s no dividing
A=bh
A=7x6
A=42
