When Grayson moved into a new house, he planted two trees in his backyard. At the time of planting, Tree A was 29 inches tall and Tree B was 14 inches tall. Each year thereafter, Tree A grew by 2 inches per year and Tree B grew by 5 inches per year. Let A A represent the height of Tree A t t years after being planted and let B B represent the height of Tree B t t years after being planted. Write an equation for each situation, in terms of t , t, and determine the height of both trees at the time when they have an equal height.

year one:
tree A-29+2=31
tree B- 14+5= 19

year two
Tree A- 31+2=33
Tree B- 19+5= 25

and this continues until the same height is reached
