If You use elimination method it’s infinite solutions but using Cramer’s it’s no solution

2x - 3y = -4

-6x + 9y = 12

Try and solve these by elimination:

Multiply the first equation by 3:

6x - 9y = -12

Now if we add this to the second equation we eliminate y, so adding:

0 = 0

- we have eliminated everything!

This means that the 2 equations are equal and there are infinite solutions.
