Explanation:

The area of the parallelogram + the two added triangles is 3360. The area of each added triangle is 180. So, 3360 - 2(180) is 3000. That's the area.

To find the perimeter, use the pythagorean theorem. 1600 + 81 = c^2. 41 = c. So after all this, you can finally do 75 + 75 + 41 + 41 = 232
