For continous growth :

A = Pe^rt

A = amount after time, t

P = initial amount

r = growth rate

22583 = 4500 * e^r*2

22583 = 4500 * e^2r

22583 / 4500 = e^2r

5.0184444 = e^2r

Take the In of both sides

1.61312 = 2r

r = 1.61312 ÷ 2

r = 0.80656

0.80656 * 100% = 80.65%
