C b/c CC and Cc both show the dominant allele phenotypically which is 75% and 25% will show the recessive allele phenotypically (cc).

Answer:

The answer is C.

Step-by-step explanation:

There are dominant alleles present in three out of four (CC, Cc, Cc) and the recessive is always cc. Three out of four make 75% and one out of four is 25%. That makes 75% dominant and 25% recessive.

I hope this helps!
