Adjacent angles of a parallelogram are supplementary.

∠BCD +∠CDE = 180°

∠BCD +∠CDB +∠BDE = 180°

(21x -5) +34 +(4x+1) = 180

25x +30 = 180

25x = 150

x = 6

∠CBE = ∠CDE = 34 +(4x +1) = 4x +35 = 4(6) +35

∠CBE = 59°
