Matt is ordering basketball jerseys for their county league. Last year he ordered 300 shirts. 96 of those were green. If he orders 400 jerseys this year, how many of them will be green if the ratio of green jerseys to all jerseys remains the same?

Answer:

128 shirts will be green

Explanation:

About 32% of the shirts were green from the sample of 300. so if you take 32% of 400, you get 128.
