I believe the answer would be 198.54
First, find the circumference of the circle which for a diameter of 25, would be roughly 78.54 (according to goo gle) and the equation for circumference, C= πd
Then, add the 120, because of the rectangle in between the two half circles.
So my thought process was find the circumference, assuming that it was a full circle because it has two halves of a circle on either end. Then after that, you would add the two sides of the rectangle that contribute to the size of the perimeter
