Answer:

You have to stretch and do some yoga once in a while and go to the gym and work on some flexible exercises like the hamstring stretch, standing calf Stretch, back stretch and the butterfly Groin Stretch. Those are some of things that should help.

and the way i got it right was my older brother made this
