A cylindrical tin can has a volume of 500cm^3 and is 10 cm tall. What is the diameter of the can?

Answer:

I got it and checked it. The answer is 15.92356688

Steps: 500/10=50

50/3.14= 15.92356688

square root 15.92356688 to get 3.990434422

then plug it back in. 3.990434422 is the radius and 15.92356688 is the diameter
