We can find the slope using any two points on the line. Readily identifiable are the points (2, 0) and (0, 3), from which we can find the slope:

\text{slope} = m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \\ m = (3-0)/(0-2) = -(3)/(2).

The y-intercept is the y value when x = 0, which we already know is 3. So, the slope-intercept equation of this line is:

y=-(3)/(2)x+3.
