Explanation:

I will explain and solve problem one first, if you need further support let me know.

We are given the equation

(x)/(4) -9>5

the first step is to isolate x, we do this by adding 9 to both sides, we do this because we want to move 9, from the left to the right, and to preserve equality we must do the same action to both sides.

(x)/(4) >14

now we multiple by 4 to cancel out the division, remember to do it on both sides.

x>56

now to graph we simple place 56 on one end to the left and put an empty circle on that point, then draw an arrow towards the right.

Ok the second question

-4+(x)/(2) \geq -4

add 4 to both sides, multiply by 2

since -4+4=0 and 0/2 is still 0

we get
x\geq 0

For the third equation, we have

-7+(x)/(2) \geq -4\\

we then add 7 to both sides

(x)/(2) \geq 3

multiply both sides by 2 to cancel out x/2

x\geq 6

Because the second and third ones are
\geq we plot using a filled circle instead of a hollow one.
