The line of best fit would be going between the two imaginary lines the points make. So if you’re looking at it like that, when x = 9, y = 11. However if the curriculum decides the line of best fit should be somewhere else y = 9

It would be 9 I believe, bc if we know that x=9 we go to the x axis and we look at the point on the y axis it’s 9.
