If you break apart a cylinder, you find two circles and one rectangular sheet thus getting the equation for the surface area

SA =
2\pi r^(2) + 2\pi rh = 155.83

We also know the height is 3 times the radius, so lets set h =3r, and we get

SA =
2\pi r^(2) + 6\pi r^(2)
=8\pi r^(2)

And since SA = 155.83, we get that r = 2.490 and since h =3r, then h = 7.470

So the height is 7.470 and the radius is 2.490
