Answer: 2(x+3)

Step-by-step explanation:

x = number of coins Liam has in his bag

Each bag Mia has is 3 greater than x.

So x+3 is the number of coins in one bag for Mia. Two such of her bags gives 2(x+3) = 2x+6 coins.
