So you can eliminate the angle measure answers.

Then, you dont even need to do any math; just look at the side lengths. A'B'C''s side lengths are definitely bigger than ABC's side lengths, so the only right answer is "The side lengths of A'B'C' are 1.5 times the length of ABC". Theres no way that A'B'C' has 2/3 the side length of ABC.
