The slope should be 1/6. If you count using rise/run you count up 1 and over 6. Therefor the slope is 1/6.

(-3 - (-4))/(1 - (-5))

=
(-3 + 4)/(1 + 5)

= 1/6

Answer: the slope is 1/6
