To Find :

The kinetic energy if roller coaster.

Solution :

We know, kinetic energy of any object of mass m and speed v is given by :


K.E = (mv^2)/(2)\\\\K.E = (1000* 20^2)/(2)\ J\\\\K.E = 200000\ J\\\\K.E = 200\ kJ

Therefore, the kinetic energy of roller coaster is 200 kJ.
