What is the slope of the line containing points

A(4, -1) and B(0, 2)?
A.3/4
B. 4/3
C. -3/4
D. -4/3

The answer is C. -3/4. The slope is rise/run so you start at (0,2), “rise”(technically you go down 3 and that’s why the slope is negative) 3 and “run” 4 to get to the point (1,-4).
