Answer:

Fraction =
(1)/(20) and Decimal = 0.05

Explanation:

Percent means, some number over a hundred.

in this case we have 5%


(5)/(100) = (1)/(20)

and for decimal form we just move the decimal 2 places to the left because our denominator is a 100 and we get 0.05.

Your answer is 0.05 because if you put 0.5 that is .50
