First make an equation
Y = 5/2x + b
Plug in the points
-7 = 5/2(-2) + b
-7 = -5 + b, b = -2
Equation: y = 5/2x - 2
Find two points and draw a line
(0, -2) and (-2, -7)
Draw a line between the points
