If 25g of calcium carbonate is heated calculate the number of moles of calcium carbonate used

\huge\mathfrak{Solution :- }

Molecular weight of Calcium carbonate (CaCO)

=> 40+12+(16×3)

=> 100 g

Given,

Weight : 25g

Therefore,

Number of Moles


= > (Weight)/(Molecular \:mass)


= > (25)/(100)


= > 0.25 \: moles

Hence, O.25 moles of calcium carbonate used.
