a)(0, 3)

b)(-3/2, 0)

Explanation:

a) y-axis : x=0

so instead of x you write 0 : y = 2 * 0 + 3

and you get y = 3

b) x-axis : y=0

so instead of y you write 0 : 0 = 2 * x + 3

2 * x = -3

x = -3/2
