yes, 0 is a rational number. zero can be represented as p/q in the form of 0/1, 0/2, 0/3, 0/4…etc. since the number zero divided by any number is equal to zero. **and remember rational numbers are numbers that can be written as fractions**

and so on and so forth

**as you can see any number paired with zero will result in 0 being your final answer**
