2y+3x-1=0
Get it in the form y=mx+c
2y+3x-1=0 |-3x,+1 to both sides
2y=-3x+1 | ÷2 (to get 1y)
y=-3/2 x + 1/2
y=-3/2 x + 1/2
y=mx+c
m=-3/2
c=+1/2
