Find CN

From the attachment:


EF = CD\ and\ CD = DA

Where


CA = CD + DA

This means that:


CA = CD + CD


CA = 2CD

or


CA = 2*EF

This gives:


6n = 2*(n+8)

Open bracket


6n = 2n+16

Collect anf simplify like terms


4n = 16


n= 4

So:


EF= n + 8


EF = 4 + 8


EF = 12
