-2x + 5 < -x + 25

4y + 3 > 23 subtract 3 from both sides
4y > 20 divide both sides by 4
y > 5

-2y > -2 divide both sides by -2 (the order changes)
y < 1

(-oo, 1) ∪ (5, oo)
