Solution

Using the formula;

Length PQ = sqrt ( (X - x)^2 + ( Y - y)^2 )

Length PQ = sqrt( ( 0 + 4 )^2 + ( 5 - 3 )^2)

Length pq = sqrt ( 4^2 + 2^2)

Length PQ = sqrt ( 16 + 4 )

Length PQ = sqrt ( 20 )

Length PQ = 4.47 cm

Therefore , the length PQ is 4.5 cm approximately.
