Answer:

Explanation:

Rational number between 2 and 3 =
(2+3)/(2)=(5)/(2)

2 < (5)/(2) < 3

Now, find the rational number between 2 and 5/2

Rational number between 2 and 5/2 =
(1)/(2)(2 + (5)/(2))=(1)/(2)*((2*2)/(1*2)+(5)/(2))=(1)/(2)((4)/(2)+(5)/(2))=(1)/(2)*(9)/(2)=(9)/(4)

2 < (9)/(4) < (5)/(2) < 3

Rational number between 5/2 and 3 is

= (1)/(2)((5)/(2)+3)=(1)/(2)((5)/(2)+(3*2)/(1*2))=(1)/(2)*((5)/(2)+(6)/(2))=(1)/(2)*(11)/(2)=(11)/(4)

Rational numbers between 2 and 3 are

9/4 , 5/2 , 11/4
