Explanation:

So as we have 322 million

we want to take 0.81% of it and add to the total each year so

322,000,000*0.81%=2,608,200

322,000,000+2,608,200=324,608,200

and now do that for 22 more years so

We get 387,649,305.98 as our population

387,649,305.98 -------> 388,000,000
