I am assuming you want me to find the quotient of the two numbers, correct me if I am wrong. You weren't clear.

3 ÷
(1)/(15) = 45

It's not 0.2 because the 1 & 15 are grouped together

So, it's

3 ÷ ( 1 ÷ 15 ) NOT 3 ÷ 1 ÷ 15
