First we distribute (-2,3) into the equations so 2x+4y becomes 2(-2)+4(3) so that's -4+12 which is 8 making equation 1 correct.

Then x+2y becomes (-2)+2(3) which is 4 so the second equation is correct as well therefore the answer has to be C because of process of elimination
